📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
At Chanel McGuire Books, each item is made just for you through a trusted print-on-demand service. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change of mind.
🔁 No Refunds or Returns
All books, accessories, and printables are made to order. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before submitting, including format (paperback or hardcover) and shipping address.
📬 Damaged or Misprinted Items
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We cannot offer replacements for:

🌍 EU Customers
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you're entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the EU Cooling-Off Rule. However, this does not apply to personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand products.
